I'm Gonna Miss This Area --> Week 42

Good morning everyone! It's officially June! Which for most of you means summer. But here it only means winter. Which means absolutely nothing because it's still very hot, very sunny, and very humid every day. But let's get into it.

Lucas & Jessica
Our friends Lucas and Jessica are continuing to make miracles and stay elect. They are dating and have the cutest 2 year old girl. This week we were able to have some super spiritual lessons with them. We even marked their wedding and baptism! In one of these lessons, the talked about the temples. They were in tears and already eager to be sealed with their families! We brought they to chruch yesterday and they absolutely loved it! (other than the 2 year old who was fast asleep the whole time) They were participating and everything. I'm super excited to continue working with them! Please pray that they can get married and baptized on July 1.

Exchange
I got to do an exchange this week with my good friend Elder Vaclaw. But we decided to mix it up a bit. We made a challenge with our other companion that whoever makes less new people being taught in the day, has to buy pizza for the other two. Let's just say we worked hard that day! Through my upset stomach and my toenail problems, we were able to make a good amount of new friends! This day ended up being one of the most productive days on my mission. I was even able to get surgery done on my toe at the lunch table by one of the moms in our ward. Oh yeah, and that pizza with chocolate crust was really good to end off the day.

Zone Conference
This week, we had a multi-zone zone conference with 4 zones. It was an absolute blast seeing over half of the mission there. Some of the things that I took out of it were: - The importance of having the spirit with us, especially if we are lacking joy in our lives.
- The time on our missions is sacred, so we need to use it wisely and really create changes in our hearts.
-If we fail to plan, we plan to fail.
- How long are you keeping your line in the water? Or in other words, how are you implementing your time? You are here to fish, so keep your line in the water.

other cool things
- tutored math on Saturday and got really trunky for math.
- while we were walking in the jungle, we saw a bullet ant. This ant has the strongest bite in the world! Not to be messed with.
- Ate some weird food this week including pig intestine and ardary.
- Went old fashion, and starting talking with some kids with a cup and string. I was so suprised when I realized that it actually works!
- While walking between lessons, my companion and I decided to take a 5 minute break and play some kids in futemesa. (pretty much spikeball, with a table, and your feet). They thought that we didn't know how to play, but we absolutely skunked them.
- We can finally use Facebook messenger now! So I'm start responding to more emails lol.

And that's it for this week. I'm going to go play so soccer and basketball. Yes basketball! I'm super excited! Please pray for me so I don't get hurt today lol. But I love you all and hope that you have the best week!

Also tranfers are on Wednesday this week, so you'll have to wait until next week to see if I stay in my area or not.
